  1. MICRONESIA, FEDERATED STATES OF (Kosrae, Yap, Ponape, and Truk) - Proof
  2. of citizenship, proof of sufficient funds, and onward/return ticket 
  3. required for tourist visit up to 6 months, extendable (up to 12 months from date
  4. of entry) after arrival in Micronesia.  Entry permit may be needed for
  5. other types of travel; obtain forms from airline.  Departure fee $5 (U.S.).
  6. Health certificate may be required if traveling from infected area.
  7. Typhoid and tetanus immunizations are recommended.  AIDS test required
  8. if staying over 1 year.  U.S. test is accepted.  For further information
